The Coaching Performance Series

As part of the Coaching Performance Series, the Coaching Attack webinar is part of a proven advanced coaching programme designed for coaches across all levels of the XV-a-side game who want to elevate how they understand, design, and deliver coaching. Through interactive learning and powerful coaching insights, the webinar challenges coaches to connect their thinking, refine their game model, and transform how they approach the game. Built around the principles of learning psychology, the webinar is intentionally designed to create deep understanding and lasting change, not just more information.

What coaches say:

“An outstanding coaching performance series”

“This course is a must for any aspirational Coach irrespective of level”

"The webinars are short and sharp. Packed with so much info, guidance, and reflection opportunities"

"I finish these sessions feeling invigorated and with a notebook full of new ideas"

"Exceeded my expectations"

"If you’re looking to bolster and develop your rugby coaching career or simply want to more fully understand the nuances of the wonderful game of Rugby Union, this webinar series nails it!"

Pre-Course Task:

Once registered coaches receive automated joining instructions with a short pre-course task to review and complete ahead of the live webinar, inclusive of reflective prompts to encourage coaches to explore their understanding of the intended content prior to the session

Synthesis Tasks:

To encourage coaches to move learning from the short term memory to the long term memory, a number of synthesis activities will be sent post course to encourage the recall and retention of information.

Appropriate resources and tasks will also be sent post course as part of the synthesis activities

CIMSPA

All webinars are endorsed by CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for Sport & Physical Activity) each carrying a weighting of ½ a CPD point.

Only those coaches attending live webinars and / or completing session feedback will be automatically uploaded onto the CIMSPA portal to recognise their attendance for the stipulated webinar (Full name and email) and offered membership if not already done so.  Those not wanting to be uploaded onto the portal should make Coach Centered aware of their decision.
