Launching the Coaching Behavioural Tool

Over the course of the past 12 to 16 months, we’ve had the opportunity to interact with 100’s of coaches, across the numerous conferences we have delivered. A constant theme from the many conversations is the desire for coaches to have accessible and regular support to help broaden their knowledge, understanding and ability to deliver high quality coaching sessions.

Anecdotal evidence also suggests coaches are increasingly isolated within their delivery environments, with little or no opportunity to discuss their wants and needs with others.

As an organisation we are delighted to launch our ‘Coaching Behavioural Tool’ (Click Here) which provides a much needed solution for coaches that is accessible, convenient, and affordable. Using the latest technology, and ideal for all environments (Individual or team coaching) our online coaching tool helps bridge this gap, through capturing your coaching delivery, and providing a platform to analyse core coaching behaviours that impact directly on the success of coaching sessions, player engagement and development.

Build into this the numerous options of working alongside our expert coaching practitioners, to encourage reflection, draw rich feedback and promote coaching, we are well positioned to accelerate your coaching competence and drive change in the coaching landscape.

Take a look at our latest testimonials on line and read the benefits we have been providing coaches from across the community and professional game.

Please take a moment to click on the following link and watch the promo video to get an insight into the coaching behavioural tool.

We look forward to answering your questions and supporting your growth as a coach.

Very best,

Jon Bates
