Coach Centered Limited have partnered with Sutton & Epsom RFC to create a ‘coach development hub’ within the club to transform individuals access to high quality development opportunities.  

 

As an organisation we are passionate about using the creative industry of coaching to provide growth experiences for people and the safe space to explore and develop themselves and their identify, drawing clear focus on their talents, strengths, beliefs and values.  

 

Targeting coaches from across the whole club, our mission is to promote reflection on practice, draw coaching insights, and secure actioning of development across the coaching workforce.  

 

There are three phases to our delivery framework, all of which are focussed on the individual needs and aspirations of coaches.  Starting with a number of introductory face to face sessions, continued learning and development will be secured through interactive monthly online coaching communities and face to face quarterly coaching workshops.
